5. To promote International understanding by maintaining relationship with Educational Organisations and Institutions or the Government, of the foreign Countries and by giving and obtaining the financial assistance and by the exchange of views and ideas.

6. To raise funds and accept donations, anonymous donations, subscriptions, grants of money, securities, offerings and properties of any kind.

8. To pay all costs, charges and expenses incident to the management, administration and execution of the Trust and powers herein contained.

9. To raise or borrow money required for the purpose of the Trust in any way as the trustee so approve of and if so required a mortgage or pledge of the Trust Estate or any part thereof with or without any security and at such rate of interest and on such terms the Trustees shall think fit.

10. To accept rent, lese rent, ground rent or hire charges for unused and idle land, building, vehicle, machinery, furniture or other property of the Trust for the purpose of raising income of the trust for achieving the attainment of the objects of the Trust.

11. To Print and Publish Publications, Magazines, Journals, Periodicals, Books, Souvenirs. Work books, Note books (including in CDs form) and to sell those to Public/institutions as priced publications.

12. To invest, dispose off, transfer and otherwise deal with the subject matter of the Trust in such manner, as the Trustees deem fit and proper to do in carrying out the objects of the Trust.

13. To carry out relief work for victims of natural calamity or accidental disaster and to render all possible services to the cause of the suffering humanity.

14. To create any Reserve Fund, Sinking Fund, Insurance Fund Provident fund or any other special fund whether for depreciation or for repairs, improvement extension or maintenance of any of the properties or rights of the Trust and/or for recoupment of wasting assets and/or for benefits of the employees and for any other purposes for which the Trust deems it expedient of paper to create or to maintain any such fund or funds.

15. a) To make and enforce Rules and Regulations and to repeat, amend or alter the same from time to time.
b) To build, maintain repair, adopt, alter, improve, develop or furnish any building or works, playgrounds, considered necessary for the purposes of the trust over the land acquired by way of purchases or gift or otherwise.
c) To sell, mortgage, lease, exchange and otherwise deal with all or any property movable or immovable, of the Trust as may be necessary of convenient for the working of the Trust required in future.
d. To borrow, raise or secure the payment of money in such manner as the trust shall deem proper or convenient from Banks, Financial Institutions and others for furtherance of the above objectives.
e. To open, maintain account or accounts of the Trusts in the Post Office, Saving Bank. State Bank of India or any scheduled Bank for the purposes of keeping the money of the Trust and to operate upon them.
f. To enter into any agreement with any Government or authority Central, State, Municipality. Local body or any person whatsoever and to obtain from any rights, privileges, concession that is necessary or desirable to obtain for attainment of the above objects and to carry out, exercise and comply with such arrangements, rights, and privileges.
g. To undertake such other activities from time to time as shall be deemed necessary, conductive, incidental or ancillary for the attainment of the aims and objects of the Trust either of its own or if the situation so demands, subject to the enabling provisions of law either of the nature of Proprietorship, Partnership, Commercial or Limited concerns.
h. To appoint or employ, temporarily or permanently any person that may be required for purposes of the Trust and to pay the other person salaries, wages, gratuities, provident fund, Medical relief, Pensions and such emoluments.
i. The income and property of the Trust, however, derived shall be applied sole towards the promotion of the objects of the trust and no portion thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividend, gift, bonus or otherwise by way of profit of the members of the Trust.

15. To negotiate and enter into contracts on behalf of the Trust and vary and rescind such contracts.

16. To provide for the welfare of the employees of the Trust.
